cost. The size of delivery and distance will be taken into account for that
particular day. We operate a full delivery service all over Scotland and can arrange deliveries further afield if necessary. Delivery charges will be agreed prior to the plants leaving the nursery. |
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All items are offered subject to crop and availability at the time of ordering.
PRICES quoted are all ex nursery and exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at the standard rate.
PAYMENT is due net 30 days from date of invoice. Interest will be charge on all accounts 30 days overdue at the rate of 2% per month.
SPENDING LIMIT FOR NON-CREDIT CUSTOMERS There is a minimum spend for cash sale customers using the nursery of £50.00
CREDIT will only be given on orders over £150 in value, unless existing customers have made previous credit arrangements. Orders of under £50 in value must be paid on collection. Conifox reserve the right to give credit.
A charge of 10% will be made on reservations made in the autumn for spring collection to cover storage and handling charges. Any orders placed and cancelled will be subject to a 30% service charge. Any plant material taken as part of an order and later returned to the Nursery will be subject to 10% restocking charge.
We reserve the right to alter prices without notice, should unforeseen circumstances force us to do so.
COLLECTION of small orders can be made on a day-to-day basis at the nursery but we would appreciate being contacted either by fax or telephone to allow time to process and lift the orders. We also require at least 2 days notice for larger orders.
Every endeavour is made to supply plants true to variety, free from pests and disease and alive at the time of despatch. We will not be responsible for plant losses once they have left the Nursery.
Any complaint will be dealt with sympathetically provided they are notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Any compensation shall not exceed the invoice price of the goods in questions.
Title to ownership of plants shall pass to customers only when the whole of monies owed to us has been fully discharged.
Customers are deemed to accept the above terms of sale when placing orders,unless agreed otherwise by us in writing.
