Do you sell weekend passes for both days?

Yes! We are offering a weekend ticket option.

What is involved in the event as part of the ticket price?

These tickets give you access only to your chosen date along with access to the full programme of entertainment for the full day.

Additional charges apply for funfair rides, face painter and other on site activities.

There will be a variety of food and drink options available to purchase over the weekend.

Can I buy tickets when I arrive?

No, tickets can only be pre-booked before arrival.

Are the funfair rides and face painting included?

Taylor’s of Edinburgh Funfair rides and face painter incur additional costs.

Will the event be cancelled if bad weather?

This is an all-weather event. Booked tickets cannot be changed due to adverse weather on the day. However, in the event of hazardous weather conditions, visitors will be contacted directly by email to transfer tickets.

What should I wear?

This is an outdoor event so please dress for the Scottish weather and wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

Can I change my date or time?

Tickets can be moved without charge if contacted 48 hours prior to the event.

If I can’t attend, can I give the tickets to someone else?

Yes, please email adventurepark@conifox.co.uk to change visitor details. Please ensure the new ticket holder is within the relevant age bracket.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for bookings should you no longer be able to attend.

Is ICONIC Festival an 18+ event?

Yes. ICONIC Festival is strictly an 18+ event. Valid photographic ID is required upon entry.

Do you offer any discount codes?

We do not offer any discount codes, however, Early Bird ticket offers are available for a limited time.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Although the event is accessible, please be aware that some surfaces are uneven and could cause difficulties. Please make sure if you require help you come accompanied.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we have free parking on site.

Are dogs allowed?

Only guidance dogs are allowed in the event area and must show relevant documentation. Dogs must be registered with the ADI or IGDF schedule or provide us with an AD UK logbook.

Can I bring camping chairs, blankets, wagon, etc?

Yes, please feel free to bring along anything to make you feel comfortable for the day.
