Event Details
The Conifox Christmas Experience is running on selected dates throughout December, with entry times at 15-minute intervals. Please ensure that you check in for your experience 15-minutes before your booked time slot as anyone arriving late cannot be guaranteed entry. Please allow a minimum of 90 minutes to enjoy the full experience.
This is a sell-out event each year so please book early to avoid disappointment. This is the perfect way to spend special time with your family this Christmas and make memories that will last a lifetime.

Visit Santa Claus
Be welcomed into Santa’s Living Room to meet the big man himself. He wants to know what all the children (and adults!) want for Christmas. Each child will receive their very own Golden Christmas Coin from Santa that can be exchanged in the Toy Workshop for a gift of their choice or a furry friend to take home from our Make-a-Teddy Factory.
Storytime with Mrs Claus
Settle down with Mrs Claus, in her cosy kitchen, who will share the magical story of Connie the Fox and her Christmas adventure.
Passport Control & Magic Forest
Check in at the Passport Control where you can find out who’s been Naughty or Nice when you enter through our scanner and get ready to step through our enchanted wardrobe to the North Pole.
Frosty the Snowman
Journey through the wintry Magic Forest and join Frosty the Snowman and his friend The Nutcracker for some festive games and snowball fights.
North Pole Post Room
Why not write a letter or draw a picture with Postman Pete and Buddy the Elf in the North Pole Post Room then send it to Santa using our post box.
Don’t forget to collect your special letter to open on Christmas Eve!
Reindeer Flying School
Don’t be late for class in our Reindeer Flying School where you can help Rupert teach Crackers how to graduate to Santa’s Sleigh Team.
Toy Workshop
Make-a-Teddy Factory
Finish your journey at the Toy Workshop but keep your eyes open because that naughty Mr Grinch will be sneaking about, and he loves to play tricks and make everyone as grumpy as him! Then exchange your Golden Coin for your very own special quality toy.
NEW for 2023, we are excited to introduce our magical Make-a-Teddy Factory! Each bear is easy and fun to make and can be bought with your Golden Coin. Just add some cuddly fluff and a heart sealed with a kiss for a lifetime of hugs. We also have cute costumes for you dress them up in! Then choose the perfect name for your new friend on their birth certificate to take home and share Christmas cuddles with as you wait for Santa. Each bear is suitable for ages 3 and upwards (RRP £20, additional cost for costumes).

Add to your memories by gathering your loved ones when you visit Santa for a special family photo taken by his Elf helper, then purchase your glossy print before you leave.
Enjoy lots of festive food and drink from our full licensed Events Bar. Or stay cosy around our fire pit when you toast some tasty giant marshmallows.
We are also delighted to be joined again this year by Taylor’s of Edinburgh Funfair who have partnered with us to bring you a Christmas Funfair extravaganza for even more family fun.
