This is an all-weather event. Booked tickets cannot be changed due to adverse weather on the day. However, in the event of hazardous weather conditions, visitors will be contacted directly by email to transfer tickets.

This is an outdoor event so please dress for the Scottish weather and wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

Yes, please email your booking id and name to adventurepark@conifox.co.uk with the number of additional tickets required. A request link will then be emailed to you for payment before your arrival.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for bookings should you no longer be able to attend.

Yes, you can upgrade to a FoxFest ticket. Adult – £8.45, Child – £10.45, Toddler – £7.25.

No, corporate passes include access to the Adventure Park only. Event tickets must be purchased separately.

No, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

We do not offer any discount codes, however, Early Bird ticket offers are available for a limited time.

We do not offer any discounts for our Conifox events. No carers tickets are available as this experience is open to children of all needs and all children require an adult to attend.

No, there is no discounted add-on for these.

We do not have any ASN days, however there is open space to freely move around the event between performances.

Although the event is accessible, please be aware that some surfaces are uneven and could cause difficulties. Please make sure if you require help you come accompanied.

Yes, we have free parking on site.

Yes, food is available from various vendors on site, or from our Conifox Café located inside the Activity Centre where you can sit in or take away. There is also a fully stocked bar available for alcoholic drinks for those aged 18 and over.

This is an outdoor event and benches are available in the FoxFest area. If you wish to eat indoors, our Activity Centre Café is available for food and drink from 9.30am – 4.30pm.

Yes, we have facilities on site.

Only guidance dogs are allowed in the event area and must show relevant documentation. Dogs must be registered with the ADI or IGDF schedule or provide us with an AD UK logbook.

BBQs are not allowed, however, you are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy in our outside areas. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not allowed to be brought into the event, however drinks are available to purchase at our bar.
