We have an amazing 36,000 Mini Easter Eggs to be found around the Hoppity Hollow Maze throughout the event. Take part in our Easter Egg Hunts beginning at 11.00 am and 3.00 pm.

Inflatable fun

We have an amazing 18 fun inflatables in our Bouncy Burrow to add to the Easter fun.

Pretend to be a farmer in our giant tractor or see how many balls you can catch in the hungry hippo. There is something for all ages to enjoy.

*Please note that this is an all-weather outdoor event so a change of socks or clothing is advisable during wet conditions.

What date is the event?

What time is the event?

Open from 9.30am – 1.00pm, 1.30pm – 5.00pm. Hoppity Hollow will be closed between 1.00pm – 2.00pm

What is involved in the event as part of the ticket price?

Can I buy tickets when I arrive?

No tickets should be pre-booked online prior to arrival to avoid disappointment.

Can I just buy a ticket to inflatables?

No, access to the event area requires a ticket for the Easter Festival.

Will the event be cancelled if bad weather

This is an all-weather event. Booked tickets cannot be changed due to adverse weather on the day. In the event of hazardous weather conditions, visitors will be contacted directly by email to transfer tickets.

What should I wear?

This is an outdoor event so please dress for the Scottish weather and wear appropriate clothing and footwear. The Bouncy Burrow inflatables are located outside and, dependent upon the weather, a change of socks and clothing is advisable.  All footwear should be removed before playing on the inflatables.

Can I change my date or time?

Tickets can be moved without charge if contacted 48 hours prior to the event.

If I can’t attend can I give the tickets to someone else?

Yes, please email your booking id and name to adventurepark@conifox.co.uk with the number of additional tickets required.

Can I add an additional child to my booking?

Yes, please email your booking id and name to adventurepark@conifox.co.uk with the number of additional tickets required.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for bookings should you no longer be able to attend.

If I am Covid-19 positive can I get a refund?

Refunds are not available, but tickets can be exchanged for another date.

Can my teenager come with their friends?

No, all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Do you offer any discount codes?

We do not offer any discount codes.

Do you offer any Blue Light, NHS carers or disability discounts?

We do not offer any discounts for our Conifox events. No carers tickets are available as this experience is open to children of all needs and all children require an adult to attend.

Are there any discounts for corporate pass holders?

No, there are no discounts available.

Does the ticket include the Activity Centre?

No, but these can be booked online separately at www.conifox.co.uk.

Is there any discount if I want to go to the Activity Centre whilst at the Easter Festival?

No, there is no discounted add-on for these.

Are you offering any ASN days?

We do not have any ASN days, however our early morning sessions may be quieter and more suitable for children with additional needs.

Is the event wheelchair accessible?

Although the event is accessible, please be aware that some surfaces are uneven and could cause difficulties. Please make sure if you require help you come accompanied.

Is there parking available

Yes, we have free parking on-site.

Is there food and drink available?

Yes, food is available to sit in or take away from our Conifox Café located inside the Activity Centre.

Is there anywhere indoors to eat?

This is an outdoor event and benches are available in the Easter Festival area. If you wish to eat indoors, our Activity Centre Café is available for food and drink from 9.30am – 4.30pm.

Are there toilets and baby changing available?

Yes, we have facilities on-site.

Are dogs allowed?

Only guidance dogs are allowed in the event area and must show relevant documentation. Dogs must be registered with the ADI or IGDF schedule or provide us with an AD UK logbook.

Do babies get a cuddly rabbit too?

Yes, a rabbit plush will be available to all babies and children with an Easter Festival ticket. The design may vary depending on availability.

Can Conifox Gift Cards be used for this event?

Yes, please use the code online at our checkout.

Can I add Easter Festival tickets to my Adventure Park entry?

Yes, you can upgrade to an Easter Festival ticket. Additional costs are: Adult – £8.50, Child – £10.50, Baby – £5.00. These can been added online when booking or at our main reception.

Is the event included in my Corporate Pass?

No, Corporate Passes only include access to the Adventure Park, however you can upgrade to an Easter Festival ticket when booking online. Adult – £8.50, Child – £10.50, Baby – £5.00.
