Our party packages are perfect for celebrating a birthday or a special occasion!

Our exciting indoor Activity Centre has something for all ages with a 4-level soft play frame, gigantic slides, cannon court, football and basketball, bespoke Toddler Town and baby area.

Our packages include freshly made food, decorated private party room, balloons and party bags all for £19.95 per child.

What is included in our packages?

  • 60 mins of play in our soft play
  • 30 mins in your dedicated party room. For any dietary requirements, please fill in the form attached to your email.
  • Decorated party room in our standard party decorations
  • Dedicated party host to help you on the day of your party. Children will enjoy a Margherita Pizza, Sausage rolls (Cheese & Onion is our vegetarian option), Chicken Goujons (Mozzarella dippers is our vegetarian option), Fries, Fruit Salad, Veggie Sticks and crisps. Your party host will present your birthday cake and help with food and drinks.
  • Every child will receive a party bag – a great way to say thank you to your guest for coming.
  • We have a maximum of 30 children and 15 adults at our parties.

  • Why not have a special visit from our Favourite Team member Connie the Fox. She will be there for cake and photo opportunities. (10 minutes per party)

Party FAQ's

What is the Party Deposit Payment?

We take 25% of your total party cost. These are paid in advance with the booking. This is non-refundable deposit and the cost will be taken off your final total cost.

How many adults and children can I have?

Minimum numbers for our party packages (Birthday child needs to be included within your numbers):

Activity Centre Party (1 – 12 years) – 10 children

Adventure Park Party (1 -12 years) – 10 children

Maximum Adults for All Parties is 15 – only adults that are going to soft play and entering party room is what you pay for.

Maximum party numbers for activity centre and adventure park are 30 children. If you require more, we can accommodate but this is subject to availability.

What do I do if I need to cancel?

You can cancel your party up to 7 days in advance, but your deposit is non-refundable.
If you have made full payment and need to cancel you need to give us 48hrs notice otherwise 100% of the party costs become non-refundable. You will be given an option to re-schedule.
If you postpone your party due to sickness, your party can be rescheduled if 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the party date.

How do I make payment?

Please note that your party will be confirmed when the payment of the deposit has been received. Final payment is due, with your final party numbers, 7 days prior to your party date. We will call you to discuss final numbers 7 days prior to the party.
Once final payment has been received you may increase your numbers within reason but 48hrs notice is required, as long as you have not reached your maximum room/area capacity.
Conifox reserves the right to refuse extra party guests if you have reached your maximum capacity for your party area.

Do you cater for adults?

Option can be added on at booking point.

Party Add-on Terms and Conditions

Add-ons are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. These cannot be added on to the party on the day.

Am I allowed external companies to attend i.e. Mascot or Face Painters

No this option is not available with our parties. We don’t allow external companies to provide these services. If this is something you would like you must lease with our team prior to any booking be made with a company.

What do I need to do as the party parent?

The party parent should not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to the party start time to meet the party host.
It is the party parent’s responsibility to inform party guests to arrive no more than a few minutes before the party start time.
Latecomers will not receive additional time and we are not able to restructure the party to accommodate late arrivals.
Conifox has a maximum of 15 adults to attend the party
Birthday child parents will gain FREE entry. (maximum 2 adults)
The party parent and adult guests are responsible for all party children at all times.
The party parent should ensure that all children are dressed appropriately. (see rules of play)
The party parent must ensure all children wear socks when using the equipment. It is advisable to bring spare socks on the day. They are required for outdoor and indoor play.
No spray foam, poppers, streamers or external piñatas permitted.
No decorations are permitted on the walls of the party room as this causes damage.
The party parent may provide the birthday cake and candles (only normal candles permitted). We will provide a cake slice and safety matches and the party host can cut and package the cake into the party bags.
The party parent must ensure that all party children are collected by their parent or guardian at the end of the party time.
The party parent must ensure that the party room is vacated with all belongings at the end of the allocated party time.
The party parent must ensure that all guests leave the building at the end of the allocated party time unless additional tickets have been purchased.
No catering can be brought into the centre by the party parent or friends. All food items & beverages must be purchased from the Conifox Cafe.

What does the party host do?

The Party Host will greet the guests on arrival. The party host will not delay the party starting for any late guests, as this will disrupt the party structure. They will be around to greet any latecomers
The Party Host will serve food to the children in the party room after their play session.
The Party Host will only be available in the party room. It is the party parents’ responsibility to supervise them on the soft play frame or the adventure park.

What happens if Conifox needs to close the play frame?

Conifox reserves the right to close rides, the play frame, slides and remove equipment from use during our trading hours, for any reason, without compensation. We will endeavour to inform you of any non-availability of any equipment or facility prior to a party.
