Birthday Parties – Adventure Park

We take 25% of your total party cost. These are paid in advance with the booking. This is non-refundable deposit and the cost will be taken off your final total cost.

Minimum numbers for our party packages (Birthday child needs to be included within your numbers):
Adventure Park Party (1 -12 years) – 10 children
Maximum Adults for All Parties is 20 – Any adult staying with the party will require a ticket.

You can cancel your party up to 7 days in advance, but your deposit is non-refundable.
If you have made full payment and need to cancel you need to give us 48hrs notice otherwise 100% of the party costs become non-refundable. You will be given an option to re-schedule.
If you postpone your party due to sickness, your party can be rescheduled if 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the party date.

Please note that your party will be confirmed when the payment of the deposit has been received. Final payment is due, with your final party numbers, 7 days prior to your party date. We will call you to discuss final numbers 7 days prior to the party.
Once final payment has been received you may increase your numbers within reason but 48hrs notice is required, as long as you have not reached your maximum room/area capacity.
Conifox reserves the right to refuse extra party guests if you have reached your maximum capacity for your party area.

No but we do provide many takeaway options within the activity centre that can be purchased on the day

This party option is an outdoor option and the table allocated is under a wooden gazebo so some shelter is provided. We do advise you come weather prepared as there is no option to move the party indoors.

The party parent should not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party.

It is the party parent’s responsibility to inform party guests to arrive no more than a few minutes before the party start time.

Latecomers will not receive additional time and we are not able to restructure the party to accommodate late arrivals.

We provide High-Vis vests for all children and its the parents responsibility to make sure these are returned.

Conifox has a maximum of 20 adults to attend the party.

Birthday child parents will gain FREE entry. (maximum 2 adults)

The party parent and adult guests are responsible for all party children at all times.

The party parent should ensure that all children are dressed appropriately. (see rules of play)

The party parent must ensure all children wear socks when using the equipment. It is advisable to bring spare socks on the day. They are required for outdoor and indoor play.

No spray foam, poppers, streamers or external piñatas permitted.

The party parent may provide the birthday cake and candles (only normal candles permitted). We will provide a cake slice and safety matches.

The party parent must ensure that all party children are collected by their parent or guardian at the end of the party time.

The party parent must ensure that the party area is vacated with all belongings at the end of the allocated party time and all rubbish placed into the bins provided.

The party parent must ensure that all guests leave the building at the end of the allocated party time unless additional tickets have been purchased.

There is no party host allocated for an outdoor party unless by special request.

Conifox reserves the right to close areas, the go karts or jump pillow and remove equipment from use during our trading hours, for any reason, without compensation. We will endeavour to inform you of any non-availability of any equipment or facility prior to a party.
